My name is Marcie and I have been sewing in some form since I was six years old. I have done everything from clothing to home decor to alterations. I worked for twenty years with my mom in retail clothing and bridal where I started making custom jewelry for brides in 2007. When the bridal shop closed in 2011 so mom could retire. A friend asked mom to rent the front portion of her building for a quilt shop and I took the back portion to dabble with embroidery for the public as well as helping the last few brides we had booked have a successful wedding.

Quilting Classes
Crossroads
This is a new beginning paper piece class. We will meet on Saturdays once every 4-6 weeks for approximately 5 session. We will focus on one unit each month for the 1st 4 meetings and then on the 5th meeting we will lay out the units and work on assembly into a quilt top. Follow up sessions are for planning and subject to change based on class needs.
Cost: $ FREE

Bring any Judy Pattern and come sit and sew. I will be available to answer any questions you may have. I can help get new projects started, help you figure out where you were when the quilt went to time out so you can pick it back up and get it finished, or if you want to start a new project I can help with fabric selection and placement.
